Try Go2Cue first: the free plan and the 60-minute demo of everything cost nothing and need no card. Payments are taken by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who also issue refunds.
If Go2Cue doesn't work for you, ask within 7 days of buying. We look at each request: tell us what went wrong and we'll try to fix it first. A refund is in full, back to how you paid.
A refunded license is revoked. The stage manager's hub moves to the free plan at its next launch or after an hour with nothing on standby, never in the middle of a show. Rental credit from a refunded rental is removed.
An update renewal or an upgrade can be refunded within 7 days in the same way. The license goes back to what it was before.
